Hi, I'm Dawn-Marie

I’m originally from the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, but after moving to the Outer Banks in 2019, it didn’t take long for this beautiful place to feel like home. Having made that move myself, I understand the excitement of discovering the Outer Banks and imagining a life here.

I completed my real estate education and earned my North Carolina real estate license in 2021. I love that real estate allows me to connect with people, build meaningful relationships, and be part of such an important chapter in their lives.
